SP6
Sanyinjiao — Three Yin Intersection
SP6 is the intersection of three yin meridians — Spleen, Liver, and Kidney — making it one of the most versatile points in TCM. It is classically used for a wide range of conditions related to digestion, sleep, and reproductive health.
Where to find it
On the inner lower leg, approximately four finger-widths above the ankle bone, behind the shinbone.
Place four fingers above your inner ankle bone — SP6 is just behind your shin, against the bone.
How to apply acupressure

Apply pressure
Apply firm pressure with thumb pointing toward the shinbone.

Duration
Hold 30–60 seconds per side.

Breathe slowly
Keep your breathing slow and steady throughout. Inhale and exhale deeply.
