My practice focuses on helping people feel better by understanding the patterns behind their symptoms.
Rather than treating each complaint as an isolated problem, I look at how the whole system is functioning — the nervous system, digestion, sleep, stress response, circulation, inflammation, and overall regulation of the body. Many patients come to my office for pain, headaches, digestive issues, anxiety, stress, fatigue, sleep problems, hormonal concerns, or chronic symptoms that have been difficult to resolve.
I use acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, Japanese meridian therapy, Kiiko-style acupuncture, and integrative assessment to create individualized treatments for each patient. My goal is to help the body settle, restore function, and create better conditions for healing.
My approach is calm, practical, and pattern-based. I want patients to understand what their body may be trying to communicate and how treatment can help shift the underlying imbalance. Care is always tailored to the person in front of me, not just the diagnosis they walked in with.
